Are all prints limited edition?
Yes, all prints are in a limited edition of up to 30 copies (unless stated otherwise in the description of the illustration) or they are originals. They are all numbered and signed by hand (on the back). Once all 30 copies have been sold, there will be no further reprints for that series.
What support and what technique do you use for printing?
All illustrations are printed on Entrada 100% cotton mat 250gr paper (or Hahnemühle Fine Art Photo Rag) with the long lasting giclee ink process. This printing technique is one of the best for the graphic arts, it involves spraying millions of micro-droplets of ink onto the paper, ensuring high quality crisp and precise rendering. Framed under glass, these prints will last for over a hundred years without being altered. This gives you time to really enjoy it!
Are the prints available in multiple formats?
Each print is available in one size only as it is a limited series. This can range from A5, Letter 8.5x11 (A4 type), Tabloid 11X17 (A3 type),… See the store for more details.
Why are copies N ° 1 sold separately?
Most of the N°1 copies of each series will be worked on in collaboration with other artists, which is why they will be posted on the store as and when each collaboration progresses.
What techniques do you use to work?
Most of the illustrations are drawn on a computer. For the collages I use several kinds of papers, pencils, markers as I wish. I am often inspired by photos that I have taken personally or those that my father. A family matter !
Can I use or reproduce one of your illustrations for a project?
No it is not possible to use an already existing illustration for your project, since it is intellectual property and copyright. All copyrights are reserved to me. On the other hand, do not hesitate to send me an email so that you can discuss a future collaboration to make a personalized order for your project. Thank you !
I want a personalized order, is it possible?
Yes, I also do special orders. Just send me your request using the contact form so that we can discuss it together. I usually work from photos or specific themes.
How is the artwork packaged for delivery?
Each illustration and collage are protected by a transparent acid-free plastic sleeve, then sent in a reinforced cardboard envelope with the words “Do not bend”. You will then receive by email the tracking number of the package so you can know when your order will arrive. (no frame is included).
Is delivery also available internationally ?
Yes and it is also free! Being French myself, it seems important to me to open up delivery internationally. Delivery times will be a little longer than in Canada with passage through customs. Please note that some countries may charge additional costs, import fees, customs taxes, etc. These supplements are not included in the purchase or delivery price. They are the responsibility of the buyer.
I live in Montreal, can I collect my order in person?
Yes of course and it always gives me pleasure to meet you!
Why can't I exchange my order?
Exchanges or refunds are not possible after validation of the order, simply because this is a limited series. Each purchase is therefore final.
My order has arrived damaged or the package has been lost, what should I do?
If there is a problem with the order, or the package is damaged, please contact me using the contact form so that we can discuss it. You will need to send me a photo of the damaged illustration so that I can handle the return of the order. Each package is sent with a tracking number.
Can we add a note if it's for a gift?
Yes, if you let me know in advance I can add a personal note to the envelope before sending. A nice little gift! However, I cannot provide the frame, but the illustration will be well packaged.
